Sales Division is a new concept from the directors of Home Estate Agents, an estate and letting agent based in Cheshire – in the heart of the North West.

Lettings agents obviously have a huge amount of knowledge regarding property and the ability to provide excellent customer service. In its simplest form, Sales Division enables letting agents to provide an estate agency service to their clients.

Home Estate Agents staff will provide the agent with an estimate of the property’s value. If the agent and the client decide to proceed, the property can then be marketed by your agency and also on Rightmove, Zoopla and on our website, etc. When requests for viewings are received, our staff will take the details and will then pass these details on to the letting agent to arrange the viewing.

Once a sale is agreed, our completions team will liaise with both sets of solicitors to conclude the sale as quickly as possible.
